We love this bakery. It is mostly a wholesale business, but you can call and arrange an order and pick-up products. The breads, muffins, and danish are all very good. We really like the blueberry muffins. They are moist, tasty with a good amount of blueberries, and not too sweet. The location is a little tricky, but yes you are in the right place if you reach the gate. Call and get access if needed.
Such an amazing selection of fresh bread and pastries. I'll have to come back multiple times to try everything. Monique provided amazing service in helping me out and letting me know what they had. The pretzel buns were amazing!
Once again, we are here with more bread. This time we tried something new, the mini pretzel rolls are great, we also got Kaiser rolls without any toppings, they are so much better than I expected, I think I even like it more than the pretzel rolls, pillow soft inside with perfect amount of chew. The good old pretzel bread is huge! I was so excited to try this but this time turn out a bit disappointing, it's not as soft as the previous order, I wonder if it's because it was baked longer or it was a day old? (We ordered the day before)
Hidden within an industrial area in Santa Fe Springs is this bakery that specializes in bulk orders for stores and restaurants. However, it is open to the public as long as you call ahead and make sure that have individual loaves to sell. They accept credit cards, however their reader is in another room in the second floor. I recommend you bring cash. Bread is amazing. Give this place a call and visit.
The gluten free bread I got was delicious! Best I've ever had. They don't have a storefront. Best if you order ahead and pick up they said. Otherwise, it's what they have left over from larger orders. They are a wholesale bakery. Finding it was a bit hard. They said if you ring the bell on the gate they'll buzz you in to park inside.
Soooo Good!!! Better(imho) to order/pay ahead..Be sure to get the bread sliced, If you order bread!.. They have the BEST Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels.. The Marble Rye w/seeds(oval) sooooo GOOD!!!! Cookies!!!! VERY good,.. better and cheaper than the trendy cookie place people go to!!! Next time, we will try the Squaw!!! (My sister ordered focaccia w/pepper that were soft and amazing)
What a gem!! We found this place and there is so many choices of bread. My favourite is the pretzel rolls and sourdough. They also have muffins, pastries, bagels, cookies, etc. They have everything! Monique helped us out and was wonderful. Check this place out!
